I started my Wildfire journey today. For some time I have wanted to be a "morning person" who rises before the rest of the family—your program has provided me the impetus to do this! The idea of flows that don't take 30 min+ makes this idea so much less daunting!

Even though I am a person who is familiar with the benefits of yoga, I have always struggled through the many hour long classes I have tried over the years.
I so was excited to try out Wildfire Yoga, as the 5-8min time line appealed to me very much. Not only was her instruction throughout the videos excellent, but Neghar also makes sure that you understand that the yoga flows are all about you, and whatever you are capable of doing is just perfect enough.
She also offers alternatives for many positions throughout the flows. Neghar is also a very real and down to earth person and even laughs at herself when she sometimes stumbles in a position.
While I found the yoga flows beneficial, I found even more benefit from the daily purpose words and journaling. I started getting up early every morning to do a flow and then journal for 5-10mins.
Just the act of starting my mornings slower and thinking about things, instead of waking up and rushing to work, put me in a better mood for the rest of the day. I found myself enjoying the mornings and that time I allocated for myself to think and write.Kait
Can't I Just "Stretch" On My Own?

Do I need prior yoga experience?
Nope. Wildfire was created for total beginners or those with very limited experience. That's why you won't hear any Sanskrit terms or see any complicated poses. If you've never done yoga, or taken a few yoga classes but don't consider yourself a "yogi," this program is for you.
Is this program just for women?
While I do work exclusively with women in my coaching programs, this program can be used by both men and women. In fact, I find that men love the program because they aren't keen on the idea of going to a class. Yoga is for everyone!
What equipment do I need for this program?
A yoga or exercise mat is all that is needed for Wildfire. If you can create a peaceful, uncluttered space in your home to do the flows, that's even better. I can often be found doing Wildfire flows on my patio...in my underwear.
What if I've always hated yoga?
I get it. This happens often because we encounter yoga in a way that doesn't resonate with us.
